Important information you need to know before traveling to Waerebo
Personal Medication
For the Waerebo Trip, we will be travelling quite far. Please prepare personal medication, such as anti-sickness medicine when travelling by road.
Physical Preparation
Must be prepared physically excellent, because we will trek for 2-3 hours or about 6km.
Porters
During the trek to Waerebo, we have provided porters to help carry some items. Participants can also add their own porters if needed. The porter will accompany you all the way from departure to return.
Accommodation
Sleeping in Waerebo, we will sleep sharing with all visitors in the Waerebo Cone Traditional House. Beds are equipped with mattresses, pillows and blankets.
Electricity
Electricity in Waerebo will die around 23:00. Because there is no electricity flow into the village. There is a sleeping lamp in the lodging house from solar power, so it is not pitch dark when sleeping.
Additional Tips
Make sure to bring warm clothing, flashlight, and necessary personal items. Don't forget to charge electronic devices before departure.
Important Notice
Traveling to Waerebo requires good physical and mental preparation. Make sure you are in excellent health condition and ready to face the trekking challenges.

TERM & CONDITION
EXPECTATION
- You MUST READ thoroughly and carefully all written term and condition.
- TOARE will not responsible to any different expectation, miss-read, and not understanding caused by not reading the term and conditions.
- TOARE will not accept any complain to things that already written in the term and conditions.
PAYMENT
- 30% Deposit is needed to book the trip
- Full Payment must be settled 14 days before the trip
- If payment has not been made after 14 days, your reservation will be discharged & cancelled automatically, any payment made is not refundable.
REFUND POLICY
- Any partial / full payment is not refundable.
- Your reservation can't be cancelled in any circumstances.
- If Sailing Trip is cancelled due to Boat technical problem, we will change with similar class boat.
- If similar class boat is not available, then we will make 100% refund.
CANCELLATION
- Your reservation can't be cancelled in any circumstances
BAD WEATHER
- Bad weather such as High Tide, Heavy Thunderstorm, and other natural phenomenon can occur anytime without warning.
- However, if any natural phenomenon occur and jeopardize safety of trip that proven by authority's warning notice (Syah Bandar Warning letter or BMKG) trip will be rescheduled.
FORCEMAJEUR
- Forcemajeur is conditions that occur rather its planned or sudden that beyond TOARE'S control; Such as: Riots, Accident, Flight Cancellation, Bad Weather, Natural Calamity, Airline Stop Operation, Disease Outbreak, Closed Border, Closed Destinations, and etc;
- Any cost arisen during forcemajeur (such as: extend hotel, flight, boat, meals, and any cost) will be borne by the guest.
- Any trip or destinations cancelled by forcemajeur, TOARE is not liable to make any refund.
INSURANCE
- Insurance is mandatory during Sail Trip Trip with TOARE
- We can assist our guest to buy the travel insurance through our Travel Consultant.
- However, any claim or inquiry rather than stated in the insurance statement, will be directed to the Insurance Company.
- As we are only issuer of travel insurance,we are not responsible of any claim and complain about insurance services.
ABNORMALITY
- TOARE is not tolerable to any verbal or act abuse to TOARE's team or other participant.
- TOARE may discharge trip participant due to an unlawful act, abuse, and not comply with TOARE's & local rules.
- Sometime abnormality can't be avoid, such as overbook or double book. TOARE will take any possible action, otherwise full refund will be given. Other than the trip by TOARE (flight, hotel,etc) will not be TOARE's responsibility.
- TOARE will make sudden maneuver (changing Hotel with similar class, or make trip reshcedule if theres any abnormality that made by third party).
- TOARE will not responsible if any baggage delay, or not carried by the airlines.
- TOARE has no liability for lost of personal reason, so please take care of your belonging.
LIABILITY
- TOARE committed to make seamless and unforgettable journey, with safety, service, and punctuality. However TOARE will not liable and can not be sued for many conditions listed below:
- Incident, accident, sinking ship delay and lost of baggage by airlines, hotels, and any other third party beyond TOARE control, so TRAVEL INSURANCE is mandatory.
- Death of participant caused by illness, accident, incident, and etc.
- Visa Refusal / Rejection
- Itinerary modification.
- Boat change (with same class) caused by abnormality
- And other conditions beyond TOARE's control
PRIVACY POLICY
- We require photo or copy of ID Card or Passport for Sail Clearance.
- We are committed to take care of our client's data.
DOCUMENTATION
- Every documentation such as photos, videos, and testimonies is owned by TOARE and can be used for TOARE's marketing purpose.
ITINERARY
- We are committed to make your journey strict to given itinerary. However, the mentioned itinerary can be skipped, rearranged, and rescheduled depend on conditions.
- If TOARE made any adjustment to itinerary, TOARE can't be sue and will not make any refund for Itinerary readjustment.
